Marguerite A. Sherry *** U.S. Navy Wave *** WWII and Korea

Marguerite served with the Navy Waves as a 1st Lieutenant R.N. Nurse in both WWII from 1942 till 1945 and the Korean War from 1952-1954. She also wore the Marine uniform while stationed with the Marines at Camp Lejuene during WWII. During the Korean War she spent 18 months at the Chelsea Veterans Hospital in Massachusetts.
