Boleslaw "Buff" Wisniewski *** U.S. Navy/Army *** 1936-1945

 

Boleslaw's 1st enlistment was into the Navy in early 1936, he served upon the U.S.S. Chester. In that year the U.S.S. Chester took part in the diplomatic South American Curise. From this pre WWII era his photos show the passing through the Panama Canal and that of visiting dignitaries. When WWII erupted he entered the Army and served in Europe anti-aircraft gunner with the 431th AAA of the 44th AAA Brigade from 1942-1945.
